The show&#8217;s title and time slot will be announced at a later date.</p>
<p>In making the announcement, Magee said, &#8220;Dave Ramsey is a welcome addition to FBN&#8217;s programming. Our primetime format will offer a new opportunity for Americans to benefit from Ramsey&#8217;s practical financial advice.&#8221;</p>
<p>Ramsey added, &#8220;We&#8217;re honored to be part of the FOX Business Network from its launch. Television is a logical step for <em><a target="_blank" href="http://echo4.bluehornet.com/ct/ct.php?t=1978788&amp;c=1882004588&amp;m=m&amp;type=1&amp;h=E7617B84E3996E0E568D32C5023C849E"><font color="#0068cf">The Dave Ramsey Show</font></a></em> and I&#8217;m glad we have the opportunity to take that step with our friends at FOX.&#8221;</p>
<p>Ramsey&#8217;s radio program <em>The Dave Ramsey Show</em> has been on the air for more than fifteen years and can be heard on over 325 radio stations across the country with an average of more than 3 million weekly listeners. In addition to his new responsibilities with FBN, Ramsey will continue to broadcast his radio show.</p>
<p>Ramsey is also the creator of a 13-week program called Financial Peace University (FPU), which educates participants about how to reduce debt, gain control of their finances, and learn new behaviors around money. He is the author of five best-selling books including <em>Financial Peace, More Than Enough and The Total Money Makeover</em>, among other titles.</p>
<p>He began his career as a personal finance teacher offering one-on-one debt counseling to individuals in 1991, and based his teachings on his own personal experience in both building and losing a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio by age 30. Today, Ramsey&#8217;s radio show, books, speeches and numerous appearances counsel others on his lessons learned about how to build wealth, be financially responsible and give back to the community.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Leaders must lead from the front in order to be effective. In the course of managing and making decisions, a leader is often apporached by those on the &#8220;team&#8221; who have oppinions as to how certain things should be handled. A leader&#8217;s job is to listen to all suggestions and give personal consideration weighing out all options and then make a decision based on the facts that he or she feels will best serve the greater good of all involved. Many times leaders make the mistake of soliciting the ideas of everyone on the team, and allowing them to make all decisions themselves. This my help to facilitate more dialogue and provide more useful data by which to sift through, but ultimately every body needs a head to give direction and a wheel to steer. Leadership therefore sometimes causes one to stand in an unpopular seat because of not being able to please every player. Nevertheless,  a great leader will respect the responsibilty of the position and through building relationships with the team members, should be able to gain the respect of the team. With this repect the team will follow the leader to Victory!</p>
